My name is Gerardo, the professional behind the lens of your real estate photography and videography. I believe that because every property is unique, so too should your photography showcase its individuality and distinctive selling points.
When your prospective buyers are perusing their property options, you want to make sure yours stands out above the sea of competition. With the passion I have for both finding and capturing a property’s particular essence, my mission is to make sure your listing leaves a strong and long-lasting impression.
Where most other real estate photographers simply snap away at a property’s overall appearance, I take a more personalized and creative approach.
Throughout my photography and videography services, I look to capture both the bigger picture and the smaller details that it is made up of. Using an array of focal lengths, dynamic movements, and creative expressions, I guarantee your potential buyers will fall in love with your property the moment they lay eyes on it.
My Story
I got into videography during the COVID pandemic when I decided to learn a new skill. After buying my first camera and teaching myself how to film and edit, I quickly realized how much I enjoyed creating visual content.
Soon after, I started visiting open houses and introducing myself to real estate agents to offer my services. That initiative eventually led me into real estate photography and videography, where I now work with agents across Portland and Vancouver to create professional media for their listings.
My goal is simple: help agents present their listings in the best possible way. From lighting and angles to composition and editing, every detail is carefully considered to create images that make properties stand out online.
